Tribal rights activist, lawyer and scholar Bela Bhatia’s name is on the Pegasus surveillance list. She is living and working among tribal people in Bastar, Chhattisgarh. She is also an independent researcher and writer, and has a doctorate from Cambridge University on the Naxal movement in India.
